The refund policy does not look at your personal issues as forms of consideration, strictly and only the criteria stated here. 

In the event, you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, we offer a full refund on the following conditions:

(a) Your purchase was a one-time, full priced Course (not at discounted price or a payment plan);

(b) You submit your refund request along with the request form within seven (7) days of purchase;

(c) You have not viewed more than 30% of the Course content starting from the first video;  and

(d) Course materials have not been downloaded or shared.

Acceptance of all proof referred to above shall be at the sole discretion of Winners Workshop.

Please contact us at support@officialfbawinners.com and let us know of your refund request before the expiry of this seven (7) day period. You acknowledge and agree that the ultimate discretion on whether you have met the applicable conditions for a refund shall be made at Winners Workshop sole discretion.

If Member has purchased the Course using a payment plan rather than a single payment option, Member must qualify for a refund to receive a cancellation. Otherwise, all payments are required to be made, or it can be deemed as intellectual theft. The payment plan is not an opportunity to test out the program at a cheaper price. E-transfers or direct deposit is non-refundable.

Verification processes from our website will confirm your activity and login IP address. Winners Workshop reserves the right to refuse any refund on the basis of suspicious activity connected with your IP address.

You agree that you fully understand that our staff is always willing to work with you and will always honour any guarantee. However, if you file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, you forfeit your refund and your account will be reported to your bank as fraud, sent to collections and possibly pursued legally. You have zero risk of this issue as long as you just speak with our staff by emailing them at support@officialfbawinners.com. We will not tolerate fraud of any kind.

In addition to the seven (7) day right to cancel the transaction in accordance with the Refund Policy above, Winners Workshop also has a satisfaction warranty, called the Success Guarantee, for its Members up to 365 days. If a Member meets certain requirements and is still not satisfied with their purchase, the Company will issue a full refund. In order to qualify for this warranty, the Member must meet each of the following requirements via email to the above email address with proof and no sales:

a) Member must use the Course to research, produce, and launch a new product as taught and intended;

b) Member must participate in at least one (1) live stream per week and post questions in the Facebook Group for assistance as intended; and

c) The request to utilize this warranty must be within 365 days from the date of the Member's purchase.
